COVID-19: Note that the airfreight and seafreight routes as well as our sourcing supply chain in the US and EU are heavily disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, some products might not be available and delivery times might take longer than usual.

Shipping Methods

At Yoonema, we know that our customers have different needs requiring different types of services. That is why we are happy to provide you with two shipping methods:

    Standard Shipping

This is our slowest shipping method and it consists of monthly seafreight shipments to Senegal. It does have a lead time of 30-45 days but it is the default option for your large orders (furniture, appliances, large electronics).

 

    Express Shipping

This is our quickest shipping method with weekly airfreight shipments to Senegal. The express lead time has a turnaround time as quick as 10 days for smaller size products from specific suppliers such as Amazon (~15 days for other suppliers due to their shipping constraints). Anytime a product is eligible for Express Shipping, you will find a "Eligible for Express delivery" badge in its product detail page along with a promise date.

 

Delivery Promise

Yoonema prides itself in ensuring that we never disappoint you when it comes to our promise delivery date. So be assured that the delivery promise you see is when you will get your products. It will be shown on the product detail page of every single products. Note that multiple factors affect that date among which 1) our shipping schedule, 2) our supplier lead times, 3) logistics processes abroad and in Senegal and 4) customs clearance in Senegal.
