If you are considering a return or refund, it means you have ordered with us and for that we thank you. It is our mission to make the buying experience easy for you and as such we do our very best to provide you with the best product and customer experience. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will NOT be accepted. The following items cannot be returned: clearance items, personalized items, items you have already assembled, items marked "Non-Returnable" on the sale page. Note that products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

1/ General Guideline

Items purchased from that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs might apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

2/ Electronics

Yoonema may test electronics item that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and may refuse the return if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

3/ Televisions

Returns for televisions should be in new and unopened condition only.

4/ Furniture

Returns for furniture should be in new and unassembled condition only.

5/ Mattresses

Non returnable. 

6/ Apparel and shoes

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or size of the item, return it in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

7/ Baby items

All baby products (e.g. Breast pumps, baby bottles ) must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.

8/ Small Appliances

All small appliances such as blenders, mixers etc. must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.

9/ Large Appliances

You can return a large appliance as long as it has not yet been installed and is returned in the original packaging.bBefore installing the appliance, please double check the following when it arrives:

  • Scan the box for damage.
  • Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
  • Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance.

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have installed the appliance, it cannot be returned.


How to return items

Here are the steps to follow for returns or refund:

  • Check that you meet the return and refund Eligibility for your items
  • Go to your order history, notate the order number and details of the items
  • Contact us

You will be refunded in your original method of payment (might take 3-5 business days to show on your account)

NB: customers might be held responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the item.
